Rio Group is undertaking a complete strip and re-lay of the mastic asphalt roofs to car parks and service decks at the Walnuts Shopping Centre in Orpington. The contract is in progress, completed Dec 2005.

Working for LCP Properties, Rio Group has recently completed the re-roofing of their retail development at Dragonville in Durham. The existing flat roof was stripped and re-laid using Andersons ICOPAL system. The finished roof consisted of a four layer system; that is vapour barrier, 90mm of insulation, a 3G perforated preparation layer, HT250 sanded layer and finally a brown Proflex cap sheet. The surrounding slated roof area was also replaced with 'New Decra' anti-vandal tiles. The contract was carried out in two phases, with final completion July 2005.
